Vodka
Vodka is the most versatile spirit on the shelf — its clean, neutral flavour makes it a natural partner for almost any juice or mixer. A staple for a reason.
Vodka Cranberry (Cape Codder)
2 oz vodka, cranberry juice, squeeze of lime. Serve over ice.
Screwdriver
2 oz vodka, fresh orange juice over ice. Simple and timeless.
Vodka Soda
2 oz vodka, soda water, squeeze of lemon or lime. Light and refreshing.
Moscow Mule
2 oz vodka, ginger beer, lime juice. Best served in a copper mug over crushed ice.
Cosmopolitan
1.5 oz vodka, 0.5 oz triple sec, 1 oz cranberry juice, lime juice. Shake and strain.
Vodka Lemonade
2 oz vodka, lemonade, fresh mint. One of the easiest crowd-pleasers.
Rum
Rum brings warmth and sweetness that pairs beautifully with tropical flavours and citrus. White rum is lighter and cleaner; dark rum is richer and more complex.
Rum & Coke (Cuba Libre)
2 oz white or dark rum, cola, squeeze of lime over ice. A global classic.
Mojito
2 oz white rum, fresh mint, lime juice, sugar, soda water. Muddle the mint first.
Dark & Stormy
2 oz dark rum, ginger beer, lime wedge. Strong and zingy.
Rum Punch
2 oz rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, dash of bitters.
Rum Sour
2 oz rum, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white (optional). Shake hard.
Whisky
Whether it's Canadian Club, Crown Royal, or Jack Daniel's, whisky is built for sipping or mixing. Its oak and caramel notes make it work with both sweet and bitter ingredients.
Whisky & Ginger Ale
2 oz whisky, ginger ale, ice, lemon wedge. The Canadian standard.
Whisky Sour
2 oz whisky, 1 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz simple syrup. Shake well and strain.
Old Fashioned

Highball
2 oz whisky, soda water, ice. The Japanese classic — simple and elegant.
Whisky & Cola
2 oz whisky, cola, ice. Quick and satisfying.
Gin
Gin's herbal, botanical character means it pairs best with tonic and citrus. Don't be afraid to experiment — the right gin and tonic is one of life's great pleasures.
Gin & Tonic
2 oz gin, tonic water, ice, lime wedge. Use good tonic — it makes all the difference.
Tom Collins
2 oz gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda water. Long, refreshing, and easy.
Gin Fizz

Gin & Grapefruit

Tequila
Tequila gets a bad reputation but treated right, it's one of the most exciting spirits to mix with. Blanco tequila is clean and peppery; reposado adds smoothness and oak.

Tequila Soda

Quick Tips for Better Drinks
- —Always use fresh citrus when you can. Bottled lemon and lime juice is fine, but fresh makes a noticeable difference.
- —Don't skimp on ice. More ice keeps your drink colder longer and dilutes it less than you'd think.
- —Taste as you go. Everyone's palate is different. Start with less mixer and add to taste.
- —The right glass matters. Tall glasses for long drinks, short rocks glasses for spirit-forward ones.
- —Drink responsibly — pace yourself, eat something, and know your limits.
