Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can order online using our order form, or simply call us at (604) 229-7779. Calling is the fastest option — we'll confirm your order and get a driver on the way immediately.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order. Order what you need, nothing more.

Can I order for someone else at a different address?

The person receiving the delivery must be 19+ with valid ID. We verify at the door — not at the point of ordering.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Yes. Give us the hotel name, room number, and whether you'd like us to call when we arrive or go directly to the room. We'll take care of the rest.

Are prices confirmed before I order?

Pricing is confirmed when we reach out to confirm your order. Prices follow BC market rates and vary by product. Payment is due on delivery.

Is there a delivery fee?

No. Delivery is included in the price — there are no extra delivery fees, service charges, or hidden costs.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?

1–8 minutes for Downtown, West End, Yaletown, and Coal Harbour. 5–12 minutes for Kitsilano and Marpole. 10–20 minutes for Burnaby and North Vancouver. These are typical times — actual delivery depends on driver availability and traffic.

Where do you deliver?

Downtown Vancouver, West End, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Kitsilano, Marpole, Burnaby, and North Vancouver. Not on the list? Give us a call — we may still be able to help.

Do you deliver to my building? I have a buzzer.

Yes. When placing your order, just let us know your buzzer code and whether you'd like us to come to your door or if you'll meet the driver downstairs.

ID & Age Verification

Do you check ID?

Yes — every time, no exceptions. Our driver will ask for valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery. Accepted ID includes a BC driver's licence, BC Services Card, Canadian passport, or NEXUS card. If you can't provide valid ID, we cannot complete the delivery.

What if the person answering the door isn't the one who ordered?

Anyone receiving the delivery must be 19+ with valid ID. If the person at the door cannot provide ID, the delivery cannot proceed.

What ID do you accept?

Any valid government-issued photo ID showing date of birth: BC driver's licence, BC Services Card, Canadian passport, NEXUS card, or equivalent.

Payment

When is payment due?

Payment is due on delivery. Payment details will be confirmed when we reach out after your order is placed.

Hours & Availability

What are your hours?

Sunday through Thursday: 11 PM to 5 AM (next day). Friday and Saturday: 11 PM to 6 AM (next day). We're open 7 nights a week.

Do you operate on holidays?

Yes — we operate on all statutory holidays. Late-night delivery doesn't take days off.

What if I call and no one answers?

During our open hours, someone is always available. If you're having trouble reaching us by phone, try our online order form and we'll get back to you immediately.

Privacy & Discretion

Is my order confidential?

Completely. We don't share customer information with anyone. Your order details, address, and personal information are handled with full discretion.

Will the packaging make it obvious what's inside?

Our drivers arrive discreetly. There's no branded packaging or signage that announces what's being delivered.
